I'm a Data Engineer with 3 YOE - need advice on two offers. HCL is offering 11 LPA (5% variable) for Lead Engineer role(ETL Developer) doing IBM DataStage migration, while LTIMindtree is offering 10-10.5 LPA fixed for Senior Data Engineer through pooling interview with project TBD. Which one should I pick for better career growth and is this salary decent for current market standards?

Just started a new role 3 months ago and both my boss and co-worker have resigned within the first month. Is this a sign? Should I start looking elsewhere?

Some recruiter in Accenture lined me up for an interview for a role which was not in my skillset ( by saying that this is just an evaluation exercise and they will map me to the right role) and obviously I got rejected. Now I see that I am not eligible to apply the role which I was targeting for the next 6 months. Any idea how can I get this escalated so that the recruiter ( Accenture employee) should at least be careful in future before fooling a noob like me?

Now I have received another offer from a fintech organization in Berlin, Germany who are providing me 69k Euros as base salary + 5k Euros as RSU and also an on call support of 5k Euros annually + complete relocation assistance package. I got offer from persistent with 31lpa.
But most of the compensation they added into skill bonus-1400000. Due to that my basic salary is low- 50k as compared to my cctc basic salary, which is 63k with 19.5lpa.
Is it normally happening with everyone joining to persistent?
Can Persistent increase basic salary component and reduce the skill bouns?
I asked hr to increase my basic, but she mentioned that it’s system generated and standard format, vary cmpny to cmpny.
