My agency doesn’t submit for awards, and I’m not saying I’d win if they did. But as much as we say awards don’t matter, it feels like they do at a lot of places I’d like to eventually work. To do an ERA or not before transfer is the question. My clinic said currently the recommendation is to only do an ERA with multiple transfer fails, but I’ve read about ERA’s for those with recurrent pregnancy loss as well. Anyone go through this experience?

Hi! New Yogi here. I love yoga AFTER I’ve done yoga... if that makes sense. During yoga, I’m fidgety and restless and I can’t seem to concentrate. But after? Phew! I love the mushy, warm, puddle feeling. Can anyone offer some advice to ease my way into doing yoga consistently?

For background I’m normally a heavy lifter type of gal but with covid I’m trying to find a wider range of activity. All comments/thoughts welcome!
