For the people who went back to school to pursue a totally different career, what did you do for work? I don’t think I’d be able to do both my current job and school. Hi! New Yogi here. I love yoga AFTER I’ve done yoga... if that makes sense. During yoga, I’m fidgety and restless and I can’t seem to concentrate. But after? Phew! I love the mushy, warm, puddle feeling. Can anyone offer some advice to ease my way into doing yoga consistently?

For background I’m normally a heavy lifter type of gal but with covid I’m trying to find a wider range of activity. All comments/thoughts welcome!
