Hi everyone, what is equivalent to a associate consultant in cgi to outside world? Like equal to delivery lead, Project manager?

Over the last few months my job work load has increased to helping more teams and I have been brought on to be a major voice on a product transition (I am one of three non managers helping make the decision and have more responsibility on the project then half the managers. The company is global (30+ teams)) and I can see that it will increase over the next months. The company I work for is known for not promoting internally easy. Anyone have any advice on how to make the transition easier?

Big law specialist with an offer to be the CFO and GC of a 250M AUM hedge fund. All in comp would probably be ~$300k, so about $100k less than where I would be in big law (including bonus). Potential to get involved in the business side, but most likely more of a back office role (I would also be the only legal hire - main goal would be cutting outside legal cost and streamlining processes). Does this sound like an attractive offer? What exit options would I have?

Has anyone transitioned from traditional to a digital role? How did you go about adjusting? I'm in print looking for a new opportunity to expand to digital. I'm not sure where to start.

So, I've tried a few different positions and still hate practicing law BUT I was approached about a contract role that won't have billable hour requirements and I won't be steeped (I think) into the law firm's toxicity, so I'm wondering if it could be the closest thing to a 9 to 5 for law. Currently completing my first year as Senior in Audit and its become pretty apparent that going through the whole manager pipeline isn't really what I'd like to do. How does a consultant or associate director/above in industry manage their properties if they are always in meetings ~7-8 hours per day? Eg does one call contractors after work hours? Does one hire an individual property manager to take care of a few properties? Does one hire a property management firm?

I imagine one can still self manage as long as you have initially found the go-to people for your maintenance/fixes (eg plumber, electrician), then can quickly text them for appointments
