At what point are you too specialized to lateral to internal audit? Case load= malpractice? Small plaintiff’s firm of 25 attorneys. I was a 2 year associate hired and given 50 active files in pre litigation status. 9 mos later a partner quit and I inherited 45 more. Can we still negotiate with company A Or B to get top up from X+3 to make a clear decision to choose over one other.

Current CTC : 15.7 LPA. HR called and informed max they can offer 19 LPA. Isn't that too less?
They said they it is based on feedback given in their system.
