l interviewed for Deloitte (India not USI) in January, and accepted an offer letter with DOJ of 25th April, later HR asked me to join on 11th April for which I agreed. Now I haven't received the revised offer letter or any links other than BGV and Pre-Hire form from Deloitte and now the HR is not even picking my calls or responding to emails.

Any advice on what to do?

All the reimbursement and other stuff which goes to partner for approval , does partner actually sits and review all those and approves it or does he have any secretary or assistant to approve all that.

Currently 4 expenses(1 internet, 2 Cab, 1 Flight) which are awaiting partners approval and I am really concerned if he's gonna come shouting at me 😂

Had a call with audit leaders last week and were told that they haven't finalized the office building and they will get possession of the new building in Pune only by Jan 2023.

Currently they just have the ITS with the seating capacity of 30 people.

Now for audit they want us to go to office 2 days every week. How are we supposed to do that when they don't even have an office? But they are still adamant to get us back to office location by June 1.

I lied about my fixed pay to the HR. He didn't ask for pay slip and all. The discussion happened over a phone call. They had sent me the offer letter with the compensation statement and I had sent them acceptance mail also. The onboarding has also started. In future whenever they ask about my salary slip will it create any issue. While saying fixed pay to HR, I just increased it by 1 lakh.

I have resigned from my new organisation in 1 week as i don't like the project and i don't want to continue anymore in that company(bura lag raha bhai) .HR is saying we will look for other opportunities like that but i can't work there anymore. how to tell hrbp that relieve me asap as work didn't started yet as i don't want serve 1 month notice and if they relive me early will I get salary and pf account gets created?
