I have given my interview in HCL and cleared 1 TP, 1 hcl manager & Client TP and Client Manager rounds .
In initial screening HR told the generic statement of 30-40% and I have given my ask as 50% minimum. After clearing the rounds I heard from the project team that Client has given great feedback and wanted to take me in .
What is the % I can ask in HR Discussion and will they reject in HR if I ask more now .
I have 9.5 years total experience and role is Storage Architect.

I’m in the middle of an implementation project currently but am actively interviewing for other positions. Is it inevitable that I’ll be burning bridges by leaving the firm? Idk why I feel so guilty. I’m one of the only BA’s who the client trained for 3-6 months and have close relationships with most management. Project won’t end till late 2022. I just don’t see myself happy in implementation work long term. Advice? Thanks!

Hey genius 🐠: I have a set of data containing client associate names across the entire company. This list contains the dates that they are assigned to clients for coverage (e.g. 2/19/2022 begin date, 3/16/2023 end date). Only the CAs I need data for have these coverage dates, all the others are permanently assigned to their clients. How can I go about creating a chart or table with upcoming coverage termination dates (e.g. within 30/60/90 days from today) to show when CAs will have availability?

One of our marketing/client service associates got a promotion, so I’m guessing she’ll be doing higher level work, which may leave a gap for some of the work she used to do. How would I go about asking if I can work on that team in some capacity but still do my current role? I’ve only been there 1 yr and I know my current manager also has some higher level items in securities ops he wants me to do as well.

Hey! Has anyone else noticed how Facebook and a Instagram have updated the way we can boost posts? Before I would go into meta on a desktop and boost my Facebook post and was able to have it directed to both Facebook and Instagram. Now it does not let me boost it to Instagram. Also, with Instagram I boosted also through Meta business suite on a desktop and didn’t have to choose any “goals” just boosted for engagement. Now my ONLY options are website visits, profile visits or to get more messages
