Hi! I’ve been thinking about working at a credit union or a bank, but I have little to no financial experience. I minored in general business, majored in psychology. I have skills in customer service, cashiering, basic math, basic computer skills, etc. My main question is how do I stand out to recruiters/employers? The most I’ve gotten is a recruiter calling me and we talked for a bit, but nothing came from that.

This one time I had to go to the union just to get a beard net while I worked in a kitchen.
