Started talking to this guy through group a group telegram and one day he offered to pay for my lunch as I had helped him out with something. Since then he has been offering to pay for my dinners, salon visits, shopping etc and I have accepted 3-4 times. I am in a steady relationship and my boyfriend doesn’t know about this. The other guy just says he likes paying for my stuff and there’s no agenda. Is this a little weird?

I met a guy on hinge and at first he seemed like he was really interested in me. The first 5 dates were amazing, we really hit it off and hooked up a few times. I’ll admit I was catching major feelings for this guy (and made him aware of that). But the last two dates were okay. There were a few awkward moments but overall it wasn’t terrible. On the 3rd date I invited him to go away for the weekend because 1. I had to go away anyways for a quick work event & 2. Earlier on the date, he (continued)

I’m 25 and have found a duplex I’m considering purchasing as a rental property. Planning on renting both units and have the cash to make the down payment without an issue. My cash flow analysis has a payback period of 3 years for my down payment and a 13 year payback period for the whole investment. I think financially it makes sense. My question is, is it realistic for a 25 year old young professional to handle dealing with all the extra curricular’s that come with owning a rental property ?

After I max out my:

1.) 401k for the year
2.) My HSA for the year
3.) ROTH IRA for the year
