If you have not updated your 1st company in ibegin and there is no pf account for that company created in epfo portal, there should not be any issue.
Yes TCS will ask for all the relieving letters. They also ask to provide UAN service history which you need to download from EPFO portal. They can see all the previous companies in the UAN service history.
It doesn't matter yif you have not mention the company in your resume. Even I had excluded one month experience with JIO in my resume.
But JIO had created my PF account and that reflecting in my EPFO service history which also needs to be sumitted to TCS.

Hi, same is the case with me. I worked in Capgemini for 3 months and then resigned and Wipro as a fresher. I have the relieving and experience letter for Capgemini but haven't mentioned in my resume in the experience.
Now I have cleared TCS interview and received the documents mail. So, should I upload the experience and relieving letters for CG.. Also as I have not mentioned in my resume that experience, will that cause a problem now?
Hey guys, I need urgent advice. I have 7 years of experience and have worked with 5 companies. In my 3rd company, I worked for only 4 months and resigned during the probation period due to a better opportunity. Although I have the resignation email I sent to HR, I don't have a relieving letter. Since they created a PF account, they might have records. I've been working with mid-sized companies, and no one has asked about the relieving letter so far. However, I recently got an offer from Capgemini. Will they ask for it? How can I handle this situation?"

All documents . Remember TCS background verification is very strong. Any -ve thing found direct Firing from organization . With one week notice period.
Doesn't matter to them, If you want to show the experience or not. If that job entry has been added to any portal like PAN, EPFO etc, they will ask for the documents.
I think it's better to have a word with HR in this scenario,as they will be the best to make you understand what to do.
Just make sure everything is clear from you and nothing is missing.
Same case with me I joined Allsec tech in 2017 (call centre) for a month and then absconded but they created PF account and it is now reflecting in my service history. After that I have completed 6+ years in Infosys but they are asking for Allsec tech relieving letter that is difficult to get .
What to do in this case folks.. 😅
