Hi Fishes! YOE - 7 (CA - Regulatory + Financial Reporting). Current CTC - 12 I have an offer from Capco (Consultant-M2 - Regulatory Reporting). Offered CTC is 15.5 I have final interview pending with American Express for band M30. Can someone guide me on the seniority of this band and the salary that I can ask from th HR? Any info would be highly appreciated.

My friend introduced me to this app called Pickle where you can rent clothes from other people. She got a really nice saree for an Indian wedding and it was very affordable to rent!
Check out pernias pop up shop and look for pre stitched sarees
If you live near an Indian neighborhood (like Devon Ave in Chicago) head to one of the stores and have them help you. They’ll usually have a tailor to fix any fit issues and most will have pre-stitched saris and lenghas. Or you can try an online store - searching IG will give you tons of options.
You can also look at aza fashion, kalki or pernia. Good old Amazon also works. Etsy has been surprisingly good
Definitely on-line is best. Buy what you like and then leave time to get the top altered by a local tailor. There is a website that just sells pre-stitched saris and choose one of those. Do not try to put on a real sari the day of the wedding unless you really know how to do it. Draping a sari properly is difficult and requires practice. I can do both and I much prefer the pre-stitched options. Also don’t wear red as that is usually reserved for the bride.
