Best advice I can give you is to speak up about your goals and ask for concrete steps for how to get on track. You're not going to get anywhere by simply doing good work, you have to put yourself out there and make your intentions clear to those who can help you get there.

^be nice but not a pushover. Be prepared at meetings. When you bring your manager a problem, have solutions ready to go
Share your goals and interest, try to make your managers job easier, have a good attitude, start to identify your boundaries and respect them (big4 will take a lot from you if you don’t have boundaries)
