Interviewed with MS 2 weeks back for a Sr. PM role and followed up with recruiter today... they say that the team just finished with interviews last week and needs time to make a decision. Is this normal? Does a verbal offer take this long? Or is it just cos they are working on a formal offer?

Got a call from the resource management team to relocate, which I rejected upfront as I was promised a role in the location I am posted. It has been over 2 weeks since I am in bench. I've decided to leave public for an Accounting Manager position in private. What are the different types of companies to consider and the pros/cons? What are the best ways to get the position? I'm leaning toward GL accounting at a publicly-traded company. My background is 3.5 years audit and 2.5 years technical accounting advisory.

Does anyone have advice about interviewing somewhere with bad Yelp/google reviews? Is it OK to ask about it in an interview? Does any law office, for the most part, have “good” reviews, especially family law? The reviews I read on lots of law office pages are usually people who are accusing the firm of over-billing, not doing enough work or losing/obtaining an unfavorable outcome. I would love to work at Microsoft. Currently hold a TS clearance, 4.5 years in project management, bachelor’s degree in Business. Applied now to hopefully have my resume in the system but would like to stay here at Booz at least until the end of Q1 of 2023. (Applied for a position but was rejected possibly due to being 4 months under the desired experience)

How to prep for Project Manager onsite interview?

Looking for a Program Manager (or the like) role at Microsoft but can’t break the through the normal channels of applying on their website. Have over 15 years of relevant program/project management experience, mostly IT and/or cyber. Targeted resume to multiple roles but zero calls. And ideas on what else to do?

I no longer have access to the Microsoft bowl due to the change in work email address, so I thought I'd see if any Microsoft management (former or current) are in here. I'm looking to confirm that when potentially coming back on at Microsoft, the hiring manager will be able to see my previous connects. I had a great experience at Microsoft, and would like to keep that door open in my mind, though my last connect has what I would call unfair characterizations due to a unique chain of events.

I need help with compensation info. I received an offer of 120k base (TC 140k) with JPMorgan (NJ Office) as a senior IT Audit associate and I've interviewed with Microsoft and awaiting feedback for IT Audit Manager role (remote). I wanted to know what the compensation breakdown (base, stocks, bonus etc) for the Microsoft role will look like. Also, is it worth waiting for a response before signing JPM, as I've stalled for a bit? I have 6+ YOE. Thoughts please.
