Hello, I have an interview coming up with Facebook (Meta) and its a manager role leading a global process team with multiple people reporting to the role.I have been told by the recruiter that Meta is fairly flat and the title does not really describe its seniority. I wanted to calibrate my experience to the role, would anyone have advice regarding levels at Meta and any other advice for an interview with them? Thanks

Yes, it does take this amount of time if not longer. A few reasons that may factor into it is going through all the feedback, how backlogged recruiting is, etc. what you mentioned of the formal offer also does factor into it as well, where the hiring manager needs to provide guidance to recruiting as well.
Thanks. Will there be a few days between verbal offer and formal offer or does it happen together? And how long will i have to accept/decline?
I’m going to go with “it depends” answer on this one. But traditionally yes, but lately things have changed a bit depending on the group you work with. I say that because we hired someone recently and legal said our HR/recruiters couldn’t make any sort of offer - verbal or formal - until they worked out everything.
So while in the past there would be a few days, what I’ve seen lately is all at once.
