Hi Fishes, What kind of work is envolved in ReactJS projects in Nagarro? Is it maintenance or Development From Scratch work. Also is it possible for a UI Developer in Nagarro to take up backend development work along with UI? I am currently working as a full stack Python developer and Got an offer in Nagarro as ReactJS Developer. I would also like to contribute in Backend Development as well. Last Ques 😅 - Mid-Product Organization vs Nagarro, Which one shall I choose for UI Dev role? TIA

I’m lighter skinned so not sure this will help but I mix my lotion with baby oil and apply when my skin is somewhat still wet. Grew up in a humid climate and now live in a super dry one; the baby oil has been very helpful for me.
Hopefully someone here will have recommendations on lotions you can try.
Nivea
This 💯. Nivea in the dark blue bottle is thicker so works better for drier skin during winter.
Layering with a sealant helps stop the water evaporation that picks up with the cold. I like Eucerin original cream layered under their essential oil balm or Vaseline, because there's no fragrance or other added drying ingredients in those products. Doesn't require too much in either layer, so it lasts the entire season, and never fails. I've recommended it to friends and family with different hues and levels of dry skin (including eczema or psoriasis) and they've all found a new level in their hydration game.
Raw shea butter, add some water in your hand/fingers for glide.
Stay away from chemicals (Vaseline and the likes).
+1 for this ^^^ we use shea butter & coconut oil
Jojoba oil for me. Lotions are rarely enough but sometimes I will do jojoba with some Cerave moisturizing cream on top. The combo is very good
Mix Vaseline with aveeno baby lotion . It works for my baby. Had tried these two separately and her skin was always dry, her doc told me to mix them together
We use creams in winter rather than lotions. Ive found it to get better results. Aveeno has good ones
I really liked the Vaseline lotion, cetaphil works good for me too. If it has dry to very dry, that is usually what works well. Also my friend put me on Bag Balm, pretty much like regular vaseline, works well for my really dry spots, elbows, feet. Can be some trial and error before you find what works the best.
I use the brand skin BUTTR mixed with a bit of Eucerin Advanced Repair lotion
I love mixing shea butter, oils, and body butters for the winter. Lotion isn’t strong enough to keep my skin moisturized. I invest in thicker body butters.
Avocado oil.
I use E45. Cereva or La Rochey Possey is pretty good
I love all of these as well. La Roche Possey has really great products in general. I have acne prone skin and their products are gentle and really good for people with more sensitive skin or acne prone skin.
