I have one, but we have ~20% females at our firm. If you literally have no women at your company, maybe try a professional organization, or just find a woman you’ve admired in the past and ask her to mentor you.
Having said that, if your industry is that male dominated, might be good to find a man willing to mentor and sponsor you. You might have to “act like one of them” in a lot of ways, and I know that is controversial… no one needs to @me 🤣 But a man can probably teach you more about man culture than women. A bit of advice on that front - I’ve found men who have daughters to be more able/willing to mentor and sponsor upcoming women.
I work in a primarily male dominated area and my most recent mentor is a man. I took the plunge and have been pretty transparent with him, including talking with him about challenges being a female leader in a male dominated industry. He’s been fantastic to work with.
LinkedIn, Coaches are constantly posting content with their bios. Every Week it’s a new coach. Especially in the pandemic.
Watch season 1 of Industry and do the opposite of everything everyone there does!
