Left birlasoft couple of months back.
There is no damage on laptop yet they are deducting hefty amount (8.5K) for it and saying it's in damaged condition.
(Discoloration on the back corner which happens after 3 years of use to any laptop. It's not even visible that much)

I'm getting email as please submit IT asset.
It's already Been it's already Been more than 40 days.
Are they doing it on purpose ?
Also does everyone communicates with their manager before putting resignation ?I didn't.
