Hey fishes. I have been offered Management Consultant role with CTC break up in terms of JB, RB, fixed and variable. So is the fixed amount my gross salary without any other deduction except TDS, or will the organisation contribution to PF be also deducted from the fixed component? I’ve accepted an offer from a firm. Had to revise my joining date and the HR sent an email confirmation for the revised doj. I received an onboarding portal link from another HR, on their portal it’s mentioned my joining is in January which is even earlier than the joining date I received before on my OL which I got revised later on. Wolters Kluwer - 15L fixed + 10% bonus + 1L joining bonus

Which one is better and which should i join. Emerson is calling to office from 1st days and wolters kluwer have agreed for few months of work from home.
