Hi, Need suggestion, currently salary negotiation is going on with HR. I have asked for 38 LPA but they said their budget is less and can provide 30-35% hike on current CTC. So I negotiated and later they asked for min expected CTC and I gave 35 LPA. After this HR said that they will call again for final breakup. I resigned and my last working day was last day of month .
The company KPMG was suppose to deduct my joining bonus and other things in final settlement. Last working day was last day of month , which means i got full salary.

I've tried to negotiate with deloitte but they are not ready to negotiate and asking me to join on the same CTC which was initially provided. I'm confused to select the company. Is that correct?
