Almost All projects are ramping down.
HCA, Aegon life, Manu life, BSWH gone to Accenture, Moody's, Amex, Siemens 90% gone to TCS, T Mobile gone, and more European client is going this year end.

Same must be the case with CNA nothing surprising

Current CTC 20 fixed. YoE 11.
An offer HSBC is in pipeline ( 28 fixed as per Recruitment consultant). Position offered is Senior consultant specialist.
However I know that there is scope of pushing the offer till 36. Any inputs on getting the offer to desired figure would be helpful.
