Can someone explain the difference between FB’s Partner Solutions Manager and the Strategic Partner Manager? From an initial recruiter call, it seems the SPM provides the consultative product recs while the PSM onboards the client onto that product and tracks performance to provide actionable recs as needed. Anyone know career growth and salary for these two? I don’t want a sales heavy/only lateral growth role like their client solutions manager roles so these seem like good compromises?

I work for a global, top tier tech/consulting company. Have been there 5 years. I have my MBA. I moved from client delivery into HR role last year. I just received a zero increase to my salary. I am a high performer. I was expecting 2-3% merit . Salary is 93k. Need an honest outside perspective of what to do. I feel as though my loyalty & high performance count for nothing.
