I need some help I have given an interview in Infosys and i have cleared the technical round and after managerial round they asked to submit documents which I did along with there was a column to fill expected CTC and current CTC mine current is 5 LPA and expected I had written 12 LPA
Is it too much it's been 1 week and no reply from them the only status I can see is that "decision pending"
what does that mean and currently not sure whom to contact

Been with my current company 5 years now. I run my own team but have a micromanaging boss who likes to create chaos for me. He also exhibits stalker like behavior by looking up my family online (addresses, emails, phone numbers, FB/Twitter accounts, you name it) and driving by my house and commenting on things I was doing during the weekend or after work. I received an offer for a mid-large size consulting firm at $80k with a $10k signing bonus to be an associate consultant. Is this industry norm- high? Low? I have no clue as it is my first offer and unsure whether to accept it or negotiate

I am at a firm now where there aren’t bright line metrics to make PPMD, but think I could make it in 2-5 years.
