A good soldier is someone who is willing to put the needs of the group before their own, is able to take orders and follow them, and is willing to fight for their country. They must also be in good physical shape so that they can perform their duties.

I think someone who is dedicated to the cause, willing to put their life on the line for their country, and has the discipline and training to carry out orders. They are also someone who is able to work as part of a team and is courageous under fire.

There is no one answer to this question since what makes a good soldier varies depending on the individual and the situation. However, some key qualities that make a good soldier include discipline, strength, courage, and determination.

Shout out to those who, like me, choose the boutique firm life over big law. Managing partner told me I am crushing billing - said I’m the rockstar on our team. My average billing for the past three months is 6.6 hours per day. Unpopular opinion: making big law money in exchange for big law hours doesn’t mean you make more money; it just means you work more.
