Genpact has better wlb
Yes, for both qn
If you wish to have wlb then dont join sapient at all. They will screw your happiness. The difference is meagre with genpact which will be levelled up in next increment in genpact. Increment are hard to come in sapient. Dont take chance.
Ohh.. is it common among all the projects in sapient?
Don't ever join Genpact if you want to grow. Publicis has 8.5 hrs shift whereas Genpact has 10 hr shift
