I have joined Publicis sapient in last Thursday and attended onboarding session. Friday I got offer from LTI MINDTREE for the expected package. Now I am planning to join LTI which is near to my home and I see lot of negative reviews about publicis sapient over LTI. in sapient its manual testing and in LTI it's automation qa. SO I am planning to go out of sapient and join LTI.
NEED YOUR SUGGESTIONS TO HOW TO COME OUT OF SAPIENT AND JOIN LTI.

I received an offer for 80k to work as a desktop engineer for TCS at one of their client’s locations. However, I have seen poor reviews for working at TCS and I’d like to get some feedback from anyone currently or had previously worked for that company. Need some feedback! So I was forced to move jobs about 6 months ago due to reorg and the new leader opting to bring their existing EA with them, without even meeting me. If stayed at the company but accepted an offer for a job outside of the department I was in. I’ve now been asked by a manager from my old department to apply for a job they’re opening that would be a 2 step promotion. She thought she got my managers permission to approach me (see comments)

I need information about different tech. Currently I am a mainframe developer with 6+ exp currently working at Infosys and serving notice period. I have 5 offers from MNCs and 2 months of Notice period left. Want to understand, is it doable to learn other technology and switch into that technology and if it requires more time which Technology should I learn Data science or Devops. Also I have seen that some people have switched from Sales into BA, Pre sales, Product management, etc.

Hi recently I was interviewing few candidate for ML engineer and business analyst profile.
Got few candidate (total 6) schedule for that role on lever.
Took interview of 2 of them on day 1 and rest 4 on day 2.
4 out of 6 were from Mindtree.
And none of them were actually the one which they portrayed on resume.
They were liers, they don't even know basic sql, python forget about stats.
Have anyone recently faced the similar situation with Mindtree people ?
