Take the offer from LTI first and then resign. Your notice period might be 1 month but they can release you early.
I haven't get my assets as well and didn't complete my client round.. still I need to serve notice period?
whatever you do don’t abscond. Take proper relieving letter from HR and join LTI. It will definitely effect future bgv as companies should create pf entry even for one day.
Regarding work it’s almost same at every service based organisation. automation or manual or wlb depends on client you work with.
I am not absconding.. I will sending proper email to them and then will plan to relieve.. but in PS I seen many negative reviews regarding work life balance and company is customer centric it seems
