13+ total experience, digital transformation, eCommerce. MBA from India. Currently a M at Deloitte and going up for SM.

What can I do outside the office to boost my resume and be a substantially more attractive candidate for top consulting firms in ~12 months time. I’ve noticed on Glassdoor, salaries for my level (Director) are higher than my base but have similar bonus opportunity. At what level of pay gap would you push or make a stink? In hindsight I should have pushed more during the hiring process. At 160k base now, seeing ranges in the 170s to low 180s. These are specific to my current company.
