Question on UK visa-
My partner will be traveling often to London, once a month for an year starting September. He is getting his visa through work (10 years, multiple entry, 6 months max stay, cost some $1000).

I have applied for standard tourist visa in the past and they are usually short term. It could be max 6 months, but they see your itinerary and allocate you few months around the itinerary

Is there a way to get 6 months multiple entry visa, if I were to join him once in a while.

I'm serving on notice period, I still have 70+days, I have an offer in the pipeline in Ericsson with 15.1LPA(14.3LPA fixed + 71K VP) [role: Senior Solution Integrator]. I'd like to join Ericsson. What if I get an offer for 18LPA from other companies, can I negotiate with Ericsson for 20LPA(include variable). what max can I get? #Ericsson
