I have offer from Accenture with 15.5 LPA with 21percent VPA including 3.25 L variable pay. The pay is for Level 10 and domain is SAP, YOE is 4.6. So what is the pay range for Level 10 and I do have counter offer so can I negotiate further with Accenture.

Got so comfortable with being on my own that I really think I will die alone.

Recently hired an admissions consultant and based off of our consultation she was great. Unfortunately, I have not been able to find a ton of non-gmat club/PQ feedback on her but I went with my gut and moved forward. What is the best way to get the most out of my experience with her? I am first year and I got my written reviews today. A partner wrote that I need to be more detail oriented and cited a time I screwed something up for a production. I did screw something up but I owned up to it right away and did everything to fix the issue.
