All my office has done about C19 is check everyone has Slack on their computer, just in case things get worse. Should I worry? Or is this normal for the UK right now?

Is this legal? My spouses company just decided to change their comp structure for account managers. It was base + comm, now it’s commission only but nothing changed, OT commission is the same, didn’t get more points, just took away the base pay and said work harder basically. So now they have to worker harder to get $50k they were already making. (Not a decision based on employee performance, they’ve been crushing it. I think the company is just trying to save money they overspent else where)

I was recently reached for my performance review and had some negative points which are actually irrelevant to my job description tho, but has affected my compensation negatively. Has this happened to anyone in Deloitte.

With product design questions, I struggle to identify user groups. Once I do everything starts flowing and I’m confident. But the initial identification of user groups is something I find challenging. What’s your go-to way of doing this? For example, the question “design a podcasting app for truck drivers.” What types of truck drivers can I select so that I can prioritize a user group to focus on and begin identification of pain points and solutions?

Reps, you have a client who you’ve had for less than a year. You’ve helped them secure a couple small jobs in that time span. They book a big job with an agency that isn’t a house account but certain producers and clients at that agency are noted as house accounts. The job came through a reco from one of those house account producers. Do you charge the full 25k commission, even though you didn’t really have a hand in the sale, and the client already had a strong relationship with the agency?

West Coast and Midwest reps who actually get consistent food and tabletop boards, where you at? I’ve got a director with a great reel of mostly over delivered low budget work, but a strong client list. I’m looking for someone who is a go to resource for agencies with these tops of jobs.
