I have done masters in commerce and i have experience of 3.5 yrs working on support project related to Bloomberg fundamentals consultation with bare minimum package of 2.6 Lpa approx as a ctc. Is doing some courses from after market such as power bi ,sql etc will help me to raise my package or should i switch by upscaling my skill or without it as environment is toxic and they will not let me grow.kindly share your insight to help me choose better career path.

Emerson export engineering - 15L fixed + 1.6 variable
Wolters Kluwer - 15L fixed + 10% bonus + 1L joining bonus

Which one is better and which should i join. Emerson is calling to office from 1st days and wolters kluwer have agreed for few months of work from home.

I think I am slipping into depression. My life seems to have no meaning and all I do is work. I don't get time for myself or my family, friends and loved ones. But I can't leave my job and take a break as I need the financial support.

I also feel I am earning way less than my peers which makes me feel like a loser. 4.5 years of work-ex and 16LPA.
