My project is ending in March next year and I am currently working in IBM for a US bank on a contract with HCL. My H1B nomination got picked up in the lottery. I don't think there is any onshore opportunity in my project. Can I still file H1B for IBM location and without any client letter? Is there any other way to retain H1B like getting an offer from IBM itself for other clients.

I’ve been working for a small investment firm for about a year and am having some issues with my boss. We have a weekly check-in but he’s ALWAYS 2-3 hours late, or skips the meeting altogether without warning. He also never replies to any of the emails I send.
