Regarding ITR Filling,

One agent reached me out and asking 10% of refund in ITR.

I have paid 70k as income tax and claimed 150k in ppf + 25 in nps + 1lakhs in hra only. No other investments.

Agent is saying he will get all amount in refund and i will have to pay 10% of refund amount.
