Hi there, I have 3.5 YOE working for NHS Finance. I applied to Deloitte Risk Advisory, Public Sector (London, UK) and was successful. Waiting to hear back with package offer but it’s been over 2 weeks - was told they may offer M2 grade, any ideas what this is?

I’m an L6 SDM at Amazon but a Meta recruiter sent me an M2 sdm job description. I have all the XP I need from previous job experience but does Meta keep your same level as Amazon? Meaning if I am an L6 at Amazon am I automatically interviewing at M1 or can I jump to an M2?Amazon Facebook (Meta)

Worst process to get into project in nagarro.
First go through the internal project interview then client interview if not selected then again tons of interview.Why they people take interviews at the time of hiring.
I am feeling depressed now.
In this tough time where companies are firing their employees, i am not having any project due to this pissed process in nagarro.
Joined on 1sep 2022.One more interesting fact giving interview in zs associate account(contractor) I never want to work as permanent.

The work culture at Teradata is nice.
They care about employee well being.
No work on weekends.
There were a few extra well-being holidays.
And summer Fridays ( half day working on Friday) for around 2 months
Everything will be good, layoffs happened and many are out,may happen also, you can join for 2-3 years to learn, dont stay for long period then many cons will be coming ones way till then all are pros. so good period will be 2-3 years thatsall
