Hi team, I have 10 YOE.. my current salary is 12.5 lpa including variable.I know its very low.I have an offer from PWC with inhand salary of 14.5. They also have 10-30% bonus + 1.5 L PF and other variable. Recently I have given an interview for AVP of transactional monitoring and AML in barclays, which went very well. So, If i get selected what number should I quote to Hr as a fixed salary? will they entertain the pwc offer? how should I discuss it with HR? what is Avp band there?please assist
