Recently appeared for interview in Accenture and cleared all round I said i need 30% increase on my fix pay ,now I see offer letter without any Hr discussion they send me offer letter with only 10% on my fix pay and same 27% variable on ctc this is very confusing and anxious situation for me ,can any of you please advise if u faced same and how you dealt it .

i already dropped a mail to Recuriter,looking forward for your tips .
