What will be the take home salary for this.

I am bad at negotiating, I just got my yearly raise, its 3.2% which is pretty low. I know I am already under paid, and I have proven myself, and continuing to provide myself (I got 3 recognition awards just within the last year). I would like about a $15k increase which will put me at just over midian range for my job SAFe RTE. But my boss kinda wants me to be happy with a small ish bonus (7k and after tax its just about half in my bank account). Wondering what would others do in my situtuation?

About to be senior con (not guaranteed) and PWC has offered me senior con at TC better than Deloitte will offer. Both in tech strategy. Is PWC too much of a step down when looking for exits or is it all the same?
