But along with that there are many more notifications like pf, nominee etc. Some needs to be send hard copy to Bangalore.
My question is..do I need so send it before joining or after joining?

People don’t even know the name of thoughtworks.
So no value added in your resume
OP currently in the same dilemma as you, coming from a company with very good wlb, but has issues with project and pay. What did you choose?
Okay I'll give you some honest review of Thoughtworks.
Pros :
1. The people here are very understanding. This is probably the reason why most people stick to tw.
2. I've worked on many different projects/accounts here in my time. The people in the team are knowledgeable and you can always get a lot of learning out of different projects and from people.
3. Opportunities to switch your career trajectory like from web dev to mobile dev, or sde to ba are possible.
Cons:
1. Pay is just average like other service based shops. This doesn't seem fair because tw is charging premium money and you're working harder but it's not passed on to you.
2. No pay parity. No pay hikes or opportunities for career growth.
3. They went from remote first to forced RTO. India leadership is forcing people back to office. Frankly tw is not paying enough to call people to expensive cities like Bangalore. It doesn't make sense with more than half of the team living elsewhere.
4. Laid off lots of people globally plus silently laid off freshers. Possibility of future layoffs this year as well.
5. People are being forced by clients to work during weekends and work longer hours too. My team is burdened with work as well.
6. Future of tw doesn't look good because tw is acting like a follower copying other companies. We're not innovating. We're just copy pasting decisions like layoffs, forced RTO, ending remote, taking up shitty projects and sacrificing employee well-being for clients who give unrealistic targets.
There's no denying that there's a lot of good in Thoughtworks. Things can improve in time if India leadership focuses more on innovation, employee wellbeing and tells clients how they are going to run the teams instead of letting clients dictate it. The organisation needs someone at C-level who doesn't follow the status quo instead challenges it. The current leadership is not good enough I feel and very out of touch and old fashioned.
For OP, I don't think a short stint at Thoughtworks will be an issue for you.
Every company has pros n cons. If you don't have any other good offer in hand then there is nothing wrong with joining Thoughtworks.
You can very well decide based on the salary being offered but don't expect much increment next year.
Also return to the office was applicable for a few accounts only and in any company you'll have to work longer depending on the requirements and urgency of the project.
If you decide to join, make friends there and find out which projects are good and only join those projects.
There are many projects that follow proper practices and have good work life balance.(internal projects mostly)
And the internal communities are the best thing with Thoughtworks you'll never find elsewhere.
My advice is Thoughtworks is still better than many many services based companies even with a lot of changes happening from the last couple of years.
If you have an offer from a product company with a significant salary difference then join that. In the end money matters the most!
Any idea about quality of projects in Pune office?
