Was uploading documents for verification, but in that it asked my past and current organization details but since my current organization is my first organization then how could i provide details of past organization. Also in that it is asking to provide past company experience letter , which is mandatory .

Mailed the HR related this issue but no response from them. Also no phone contact details are provided for that HR.

What to do next. Any idea how to proceed.

Got a 30% salary bump, via an offer for Senior Consultant S&O from Deloitte. Currently underpaid at EY Advisory. I'm MBA and this year is my promotion year at EY for Manager. What to do? Get demoted and move to D? Or counter at EY? Even if EY matches my salary, and promote me to Manager, I will be an EY Manager with a Deloitte SC salary, and probably won't be able to go to D in the future. What do you think? I have built up a good relationship with my Partner and SMs at EY though.
