1. Associate Advisor role at JPM Chase Atlanta 85k Base. No Commission or Sales. What type Of Annual Performance Bonus can I expect in this role?
2. Retirement Planner role at Fidelity in Houston (Remote) 70k Base 15k =100% Bonus w/Cap of 30k= 200% Bonus. *My Recruiter says Growth into a Senior/Director Planner role is easier @ Fidelity. Thoughts? Advice?

Another challenge - i had joined as base location kolkata but in the ADP video they are mentioning that i cannot reject any opportunities for location mismatch 🙄 . What about job security in Infosys vs Accenture
Infosys might be better in this..but Accenture is also good( until unless you are very underperforming or in pip)..apart from that Accenture provides Good Hikes and learning opportunities..
Research a bit and join better company..

I have worked in infosys for 3 years.
And a close relative has been working in Accenture for around 5 years.
WLB was way too better in Infosys.
Zero work stress.
Rest depends on what project you get.
In case of job security.- Infosys.
I will suggest Infosys in overall perspective. In Accenture, if you don't have good relations with your manager, expect PIP. More manager driven company.
