When will the salary be credited in Optum.
Faced this weird behaviour from Optum recently. Gave interview for Data Scientist position. HR said feedback is positive. Asked for documents. It's been month now since I have shared the documents. I have no update on the offer. Today I called HR, she called me back saying the position is on hold due to recalibration in team, She has shared interview feedbacks to other teams and will get back to me in couple of days. I am clueless now. My last working day is approaching (In a month). Any Help??

Numbers can be modified now and tomorrow letters will be generated.
Changing numbers is not that as easy as we talk or think. It is a process and triggered by higher management. Your manager can’t touch it.
Otherwise he will keep on playing with that number if he would have access.

Still if you can wait 4-5 more days once you got the letter then it's 101% safe
For India folks the effective date for the letter is from 1st March. So if you resign before 1st March you will not get any RRP.
@optum1-its not correct. You should be in the company on the Payout day i.e. 31st March. Does not matter if you are on notice period or not.
I just suggested to wait for few days as Manager might change your rrp % after knowing that you are leaving but once you will get the letter where rrp % will be mentioned then no one can change it and if you will be in company on 31st March then no one can stop your RRP.
Someone in other post said, comp planner portal is closed. So RRP and Hike percentages are fixed. Do they still have access to modify the numbers?
