I had a quick question

Had a call with audit leaders last week and were told that they haven't finalized the office building and they will get possession of the new building in Pune only by Jan 2023.

Currently they just have the ITS with the seating capacity of 30 people.

Now for audit they want us to go to office 2 days every week. How are we supposed to do that when they don't even have an office? But they are still adamant to get us back to office location by June 1.

I have come for RTO after withdrawing resignation only to hear from the security guard that I'm TERMINATED from client end! I have not received a single mail on it. Rather, Accenture retained me for the same client's project. My AVP, Manager, HR all aware. They are telling I'm on Accenture payroll. I got a re on-boarding email from client end today too. I finished a third round interview, and HR contacted me that afternoon saying I had positive feedback across the board and they would contact me the next day regarding next steps. It’s been two days and they finally get back to me saying they haven’t been able to sync with the hiring manager but will keep me posted. Honestly I wish they would talk with the hiring manager and then let me know the decision instead of checking in. It’s messing with my emotions.

An auditor myself, I constantly feel many ppl working at audit look down on ppl working in industry and other practices, which I don’t understand at all. Do they truly believe their job is superior or they just say so to make both you and them feel better about this job?

I try not to get frustrated by clients but it just gets to me when their accounting people refer to numbers as positive and negative instead of debit and credit

I did and it's killing me because now I'm working till 2 am, but its not showing on paper. I o ly show 8 or 9 hours. Finally had my busy season cry after the staff told the team that he put in his two weeks. I'm crying because 1. We are so screwed and 2. why don't I have the courage to do something like that.
I'm turning 29 this year and usually a stone-hearted bitch but never failed to cry during busy seasons. I think it's time to get out.

Unfortunately was dragged into an audit despite the fact I don’t work in audit. Why does audit RM say yeah your hours will be 50 hours/week when you’ll have to work way more to do the audit. Seems very dumb - if you have work do it, if not don’t work…
