My HR was completed on Oct 6th. It's been one month and still didn't receive an offer letter from Bosch Bangalore. They are feeling it's pending for approval. Any comments ? Did anyone receive offer letter after 1 month ?

I just left my pre-seed startup that was running out of cash (we made $100,000 in revenue this year, and sunk $1m in costs). I was making $40,000 as a developer (plus 20k stock options at $1/share per year) and they refused to pay me any more money. Does coforge renegotiate if we show counter offer as earlier they offered very low. ? Remaining joining time is 20 days

Does ZS revoke offer letter? I referred a friend, they got a generous offer as a SDE. But the HR is not responding since past 4 days to any call or email and the joining date is close.

my question is: 1. Is that the right designation given on my 8.5 YOE in Accenture?.
