I have 4.6 yoe nd cctc 4.6lpa currently serving notice period. I have 10 lpa offer from tcs, but when i got selected from capgemini they only gave me 7lpa final based on my cctc nd not offer in hand. My target package is currently 15 lpa, but looks difficult because of my less cctc. I will also having accenture hr in some days , can anyone suggest me how should i negotiate nd get to desired package.
