Very generic skills buddy - you need to be more specific whether you want to take technical job or non tech one. AFAIK, BCA is not good enough for tech jobs, I have seen a lot of people eventually do MCA.
For B.tech/MCA professional - there are a lot of resources available on internet that guide on kinds of job available but generic software engineering fresher is the starting point you need basic programming/OOPs/DSA skills but if you can do full stack dev then thats better. Try talking to seniors/people on linkedin to get more info. If you can spend money - take topmate.io guidance sessions otherwise try aksing seniors from your/other college for guidance.
Depends on which field you want to get into? For example, banking, aviation, BPOs, Manufacturing, etc. you’d find dime a dozen departments with different roles.
You could start with looking into tech profiles, or operations.
Drill down from there. Figure out where your interests lies and how your skills can help you get started.
Then identify target companies. Send em highly curated resumes (not a generic template). They need to reflect whatever JD they have published.
Interview your heart out. Be open to rejections. Learn stuff from said rejections. Rinse and repeat.
The point is to get started, placed an THEN work your way up. You’ll eventually figure out who you really want to be.
