Landed a role in a new industry in which I don’t have much experience but finally exiting out of consulting. I am a bit apprehensive about this change and the new role. Any tips or resources that helped others do well in a new role?

I give my cell phone to all clients routinely. However, there are always 1 to 2 clients who abuse this and it seems as soon as their cases are over I find a new one and it is making me rethink. I hate to do this because 98% do not abuse it and I like being connected to my people. Thoughts??

For those of you who had an allergic reaction to the COVID vaccine, how did you get a vaccine exemption? I had mine last year, experienced vertigo for 3 days, but didn't go to the doctor (since it went away the 4th day). I checked the CDC website, saw vertigo isn't listed under normal symptoms, and cancelled my appointment for the 2nd dose. Recently i got an offer letter from xyz company. I have accepted the offer, but when i checked my details in profile, i found out that my pan no is incorrect so i tried to correct that.
While saving, i got to know that a profile already exists in the system with my original pan no.
Now i am confused what to do, will it lead to offer rejection or pull out.
