Hot take: “I want a seat at the table” isn’t the rallying cry it used to be. At this point, it feels like corporate lip service. I don’t want a seat. I want to build the damn table, decide the seating chart, and rewrite the agenda. Tired of being grateful for scraps when we’re already running half the show behind the scenes. Anyone else done settling for visibility without authority?
