Anyone with recent experience recruiting for Boston Consulting Group? Got in touch with a recruiter through referral, was directed to submit an application and already finished my pymetrics. Anyone know when I would be able to hear back and what the hiring timeline looks like? Recruiter suggested to get back in a few weeks but isn’t it too slow? McKinsey sent me an invite for 1st interview in a few days after they received my referral.

That’s pretty low from what I’ve heard ... remember it’s not all “base pay”
Rising Star
Was hoping the additional pay would be MECE
When I joined AlixPartners out of Accenture Canada I was told I was getting “MD level pay”. Plot twist: I’m not an MD.
Very true
Seems pretty accurate for L4 cash base and bonus. However I think there are a good amount of stock incentives not accounted for here
A shame
Depends what LoB you’re in. Strategy MDs naturally make more than Technology or Operations MDs
Varies also by city, but not that far out. MDs also when first getting promoted get a large equity gift that’s not accounted for here. I think it’s $150K to $200K depending on the practice/city.

Thank you for all the replies.
This is so unclear. Whats the cash take home on average over first 5 years? Assuming you sell your shares that vest?
Sounds like half a buck a year
