How are the Gen Z freshers / interns vibing with your teams ? My manager and her manager are having a hard time adjusting to Gen z way of working. In a casual talk one of the managers described them as having lack of urgency and don't take things seriously. But I feel the traditional managers want a "Yes Boss" culture and don't want to adjust to the new generation. Curious to know thoughts of fishes here.
