I need suggestions. I have 2 years of experience in IT as ASE. I am getting calls when I apply for the job opportunity from MNC but being a fresher and not having any experience in the Design field, they do not proceed with the hiring process. I have done Masters in Design (2021 passout)
Any suggestions would help how I can get into a good paying company as a fresher in Design.

How many matters is typical for one associate to handle (BL lit)? I know it is group-specific, but just trying to get a general idea. I’m a 2nd year and I am the only associate staffed on about 30 cases-meaning I keep track of all deadlines, do all day to day assignments, keep on top of following up with client/OC, and all research/drafting. Partners handle deps/court but that is about it. Is this a normal case load to be responsible for as a jr? I being dramatic by thinking this is too much?

What should I reasonably expect from a junior?

I manage a junior developer that's been with the company for about 18 months. I end up providing them of TON of support. I need to give them extremely detailed instructions or they fail. For bugs, I need to point them to a specific function that's causing the bug. For new features, I'm basically writing their method signatures and defining their test cases.

I've tried asking them to do more on their own, but when I do, they fail spectacularly.

Last Tuesday, I had a partner interview with PwC Australia. Partner told me that I would receive a result until the end of previous week. But I haven’t received it yet. I emailed Responsible recruiter last Friday but the feedback was not available at that time.
