Yikes! No wonder you’re feeling so stressed out. I’d be up at the crack of dawn worrying about Monday morning as well. All you can do is show up with donuts and coffee and hope for the best.

I can’t remember the last time we had a full crew for any truck. Just do the best and keep up morale as best you can.

I’ve seen this exact situation and honestly morale usually drops when people feel like it’s always the same few carrying everything. Even small things like acknowledging the load or breaking the work into clear priorities can help. When everything feels urgent it burns people out faster.
We need a new term for this. I have all week scaries lol. It's bad at work right now. Two of our new hires quit and we're all pulling OT every week. The extra money is awesome, but I am sooooo tired.
