Lots of designers/stores have products aligned by color pallets with a lot of colors/patterns and cuts that still coordinate well with each other but are each uniquely fun!
Rising Star
Same store and color but any shape/style they want!
I’ll buy their jewelry. They bring black shoes.
Yep, this is going to be my rule too - I just picked out color schemes but left the rest to everyone else

Same color dress they got to choose the styles. They got to choose hair and jewelry, and shoes I just said have the shoes be of a color that would blend well with the dress (aka not black shoes with a light pink dress) one did gold I think most did nude
I love the idea of having one uniform color theme, but also having different silhouettes and necklines that would watch the person wearing the dress. Try analyzing which cuts would look good on every single body type of your bridesmaids.
I was one of those people who picked all the same dress for bridesmaids (a very affordable, simple style). But I still wish I had gone with all different styles because it was hard to find a dress that fit the variety of shapes/sizes/heights in my bridesmaids. Wish I had just told people to get whatever they liked best!
Maybe you could go for something more fun like playing with the shades of your theme dedicated for each bridesmaid depending on which one you think would suit their personality best.
Choose various samples from the store that you like, narrow it down to your preferences, and have them choose something in that hue. Be sure to let them know if you want them all the same length!
What I did was I sent all of them a whole Pinterest board of what I was envisioning for them to wear, and they chose which ones they liked best depending on silhouette and shade of our motif.
I used Azazie! I bought samples to make sure I loved the color, and then I told my girls to choose their favorite dress. They each gave me the name of the dress just to be sure they were wearing separate outfits. Then they simply purchase it themselves online.
When it comes to coordinating bridesmaid dresses, it’s important to first decide on the overall look you’re aiming for. Do you want a classic, romantic look? Or a fun, modern look? Once you’ve established the overall look, you can then begin to shop for dresses. Be sure to know what you want first.
Look for a variety of styles that fit within the overall look, but that still allow each bridesmaid to express their own personality. You could offer a few different color options in the same dress style, or pick a few different styles that still coordinate.
You can bring your color pallet to the store. Ask them for their opinion since they are more knowledgeable in that area.
I think it would be better if you let them choose. That's the best way for them to be able to express their own personalities. Hope this helps.
What kind of look do you want to achieve? You can decide based on that. Good luck, OP!
Do you have your own preferences? It would be easier if you have some. You can also choose a few samples from the store.
Go for something that would make them feel beautiful on that day. Give them the chance to choose what they want since you want them to express their personality.
